Site Assessment

Based on the annual sun exposure report on respective project area. We customize the design and determine data’s how much load shall be generated using the entire / provided project area. And how the generated power system tailored perfectly to the nearest Grid.We also determine how the generated units supplied to the consumers / government in a most cost effective way.

Project Agreement

After we've crunched all the data from your site assessment, we provide a basic design proposal for the approval based on technical terms and requirement.

System Design & Inspections

Based on the approval our engineers shall finalize the basic and detail design of the Solar PV power plant with necessary documents for review and approval. Later our PE will sign and seal the plans. Based on the technical discussions and approval we will go to the next step.

Permits

  • The feasibility analysis study from the local substation to ensure that the grid can support the power levels from the solar plant and approval from government.
  • Land conversion certificate – In many states, such a certificate is needed for conversion from agricultural to non-agricultural purposes.
  • Contract labor license from labor department
  • Approval for sewage treatment plants
  • Environmental clearance from pollution control board
  • Fire safety certificate from fire department
  • Clearance from forest department
  • Approval from Chief Engineer from Government sector

Construction

After finalizing the technical documents, Drawings, permits and procurement. We start the construction phase.

Inspections

Serntek Conducts On-site Inspection, and Validation of Solar PV Power Plants, in co-ordination with government standard and the other concerned authorities; Preparation of Detailed PV System Inspection, and Test Reports (including, PV System Verification Certificates) for On-site Inspection, and Validation of Solar PV Power Plants.

Commissioning

After the construction and the inspection process are done, the PV solar power plant system will be ready to be integrated to the grid for transferring energy. Once the commissioning is done with all proper test Serntek Engineering will hand over the responsibilities to the client. Time to start saving!
