Noel Anand Joseph is our chief executive and the founder of Serntek Engineering.
Noel has more than 19 years’ engineering and industry experience in all levels, with the past 19 years spent in Design & Construction experience. He is familiar in Onshore & Offshore Oil and Gas industry (Topside offshore Process Platforms, Wellhead Platforms, Compression platform, FPSO), Refineries, Power plant, pharmaceutical Plant, Water treatment Plant, chemical plants, Solar power plants and Wind power plant.
Noel held mid-level and top position held with various industry form inside India and outside India. Prior to Stating the Serntek Engineering, Noel worked for Novatech Engineering, Technip, Technics Oil and Gas (Singapore), Aibel Singapore, Bechtel and Mcdermott.
Noel holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Has wide knowledge in Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunication, Basic and Detail Engineering. Held membership in the institution of Engineers Australia. Specially trained in Renewable and Mechatronics Engineering (University of South Australia).
Major projects he worked in Project MOSE (Historical Project), sermide (combined cycle power plant), Qatar gas 1,2.3 & 4 phase onshore, Gudrun Topside module - offshore, Catcher FPSO & Tyra topside modules.

Purushothaman is chief operations & financial officer of Serntek Engineering. Formerly worked as Relationship manager & IT executive for M/s Himatsingka Linens Limited and National informatic center and was responsible for aspects of finance and administration, IT, real estate and legal services.
Purushothaman has more than 5 years’ experience in infrastructure, Vice principal in schools and as an IT executive. Purushothaman holds master’s degree in computer science from Madras University, Chennai
